In 1990, the company shifted its business to Nakuru, where it has grown from strength to strength; it was incorporated as Hakimi Glaziers Limited in 1999 to better face the challenges of the changing commercial environment. The company deals mainly in auto windscreen, glass and mirrors. It is a major stockiest for Impala brand and imported windscreens. Glass and mirror are imported from India and China.
