Formed in 1997, Hydraulic and Sanitation Consult (HSC) is an independent Ugandan engineering firm which is active in all disciplines, encompassing the fields of water supply, sanitation, roads and urban development studies. Its experience gained from projects carried out nationally enables Hydraulic and Sanitation Consult to offer comprehensive services to a wide spectrum of clients, including national and local authorities, and public or private bodies.
