Arsho Medical Laboratory employs Professional Nursing and Phlebotomists who are responsible for collecting specimens in the labs, in the customer centers, private hospitals and medical centers. Specimens are transported from the branches, External customer clinics and hospitals to central laboratories by AML Courier Service. The Marketing department which is responsible for the day to day activities of customer handling works very hard to meet customer satisfaction. Arsho Medical Diagnostic Medical laboratories cannot function without the provision of Supporting Services. The following departments perform indispensible functions that contribute in many ways to the total quality of our service: Administration General Service, Information Technology, Finance, Facility Management, Customer Services, Supplies and Store, and Archive and Records

We made our first appearance in the pharmaceutical market in 2008 as YUSRA pharmaceuticals, a company which is mainly engaged in the distribution of wide range of pharmaceuticals  and medical  equipment. Our activity was limited to the purchase and distribution of products imported by other companies. While working as a distributor company, we were able to have an excellent knowledge of our pharmaceutical market and most importantly we were able to win an enormous number of valuable  customers. After operating as a distributer company for quite some time and gaining tremendous experience in the market we decided to boost our activity by importing our own products. For this, after a meticulous planning  and  thorough analysis  of the market we established our own import and distribution company, YHY General Trading  p.l.c on 2011. With our new company, we were  able to establish business  partnerships with many manufacturers  and import a variety of products. Through our unwavering effort we were able to attain an annual turnover of 3million USD and currently  we have a total of more than 20  energetic sales people.

Twiga Chemical Industries was incorporated on 18th May 1949, then referred to as AECI (EA) Ltd. It was a subsidiary of Imperial Chemical Industries PLC (ICI),UK. By a Special Resolution passed on the 1st July 1962, the company was renamed ‘Twiga Chemical Industries Limited'. The Company engaged in the supply and distribution of Explosives, Agrochemicals, Industrial Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals. Some of the Agrochemicals were locally formulated or repacked in the Company’s Factory in Industrial Area, Nairobi. In 1993, the AJ Group bought the controlling interest from ICI. In 2000, Animal Health Division was introduced with the intention of tapping the potential in this sector. The Division has expanded over the years. In 2004, the company discontinued the Pharmaceuticals Division. In 2006 the company implemented an ERP system ( Oracle E-Business Suite) covering the entire business operations of the company.
