Honey Production Although production of honey has been on going in Kenya with the use of traditional log hives and also the Kenya top bar hive, demand for honey is higher than supply with the difference in supply being met by imported honey, mainly from neighbouring countries. The ultimate goal of the initiative by ABL is to upgrade the beekeeping industry and turn it into one of Kenya¹s major income earners through the production and marketing of high quality honey marketed under our brand name Bizzy Bee.
