Superfab Company Ltd. is one of the leading manufacturers of prefabricated housing in the Middle East with over 30 years of experience. Superfab presently operates at its own industrial premises spread over a total area of 230,000 square feet in the Industrial Area of Sharjah. The company is equipped with the most efficient manufacturing facilities and has a highly skilled work force. To compliment its existing facilities, Superfab has an additional storage area of 120,000 square feet close to factory.

Superfab undertakes turnkey projects from designing, planning, fabricating, transporting and erecting to furnishing of fabricated housing units, along with electro-mechanical and civil works on site. Superfab's product range includes site offices, labour and staff accommodation, kitchen and mess units, ablution units, schools, mosques, luxury villas and heavyduty offshore units. Superfab cabins can be supplied fully erected, or in knock down condition.

In addition to regular exports within the GCC states, Superfab products have been gaining increasing popularity in many overseas markets like Azerbaijan, Afghanistan, Albania, Iran, Libya, Syria, Algeria and Sudan. To ensure the high quality of Superfab products, standard units are built from rigid low-maintenance materials. These units are easy to maintain and offer customers customised solutions at competitive prices. These units are fabricated at the Superfab manufacturing unit and come fitted with all electrical and sanitary fittings. As a result, these units are ready to be used upon delivery. The standard units can also be tailor-made to suit the clients specific requirements. They can also be joined to form a large building complex.

The company is now looking to introduce its products in African countries. By providing ready-to-use housing units as well as low-cost school units and site offices, Superfab aims to capture a sizable share of the rising demand for pre-fabricated houses in African countries.
